GPTW once again recognises B3 as one of Europe's best workplaces

For the second year in a row B3 Consulting Group has been recognised as one of Europe’s best workplaces by Great Place to Work (GPTW) in its Best Large Workplaces in Europe category. GPTW has surveyed over one million employees in more than 3,000 companies in Europe on the most important factors that create workplaces. The results are being published today, 21 September.

“We are very proud and happy to be given this award again. Earlier this year, B3 was named Sweden's third best workplace and our ranking in on the European top list is really honouring,” says Sven Uthorn, CEO of B3 Consulting Group.

Every year Great Place to Work identifies and publishes a list of the best workplaces in Europe. The list selects companies in four size categories: Small (20-49 employees); Medium (50-499 employees); Large (500+ employees); and Multinational. B3 participates in the Large Workplaces in Europe category, where a total of 50 organisations are on the list.

The results are based on a thorough analysis of employees 'confidential answers in Great Place to Works's employee survey Trust Index, which assesses employees' experiences of trust, innovation, company values and leadership. According to the Trust Index, 94% of B3's employees believe that B3 is a very good workplace in the survey conducted in 2020. In addition, B3 also conducted a Culture Audit, which is a comprehensive review of the company's processes and culture.

For us as a consulting company, it is absolutely crucial to have satisfied employees. We work actively to develop our corporate culture and create an environment where our employees thrive, develop and feel good. Our values, energy, experience and differences are a guiding light in our work and being again awarded this recognition in fierce competition with other companies is seen as confirmation that we succeed well in our quest to be one of Sweden's best consulting companies.

To be included in the list of the best workplaces in Europe, the organisations must be on one or more of GPTW's national lists in the region, which this year include, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Austria in 2020 or early 2021.
